In this how to video, you will learn how to install Mac OS X on Windows XP. First, download and open PearPC. Also make sure you have the Mac OS X CD or installation files on your computer. Next, select edit and navigate to the Mac OS X file. Click okay and then press configure. From here, change the settings to your liking, such as the screen resolution, and click finish. Next, click browse and go to the Mac OS X ISO file. Open it and the installation for the operating system will start. This may take a while, depending on how fast your computer is. Once this is done, the Mac OS X is now installed.

Transforming Windows look into Mac OS is one of the most favorite tasks of all customization lovers. I know many people who love to convert each and everything in their Windows OS to look-like Mac OS whether its Windows theme, icons, boot screen, eye candy effects or wallpapers.

WindowsX team typically develops two kinds of theme packs. One kind is Transformations Pack and another is UX Pack. As both is for nearly same purpose, when you are going to download and install any of these theme packs on your Windows, it may come to your mind that which should I get? Transformations or UX pack? Actually Transformation Packs is a complete solution which will modify your system files (of course you can revert back) to give you more native experience, where UX pack, as it sounds, will not modify system files, rather give you mentioned User Experience in limited form. So if you want to fully integrate the theme pack, go for Transformation Pack. UX pack gives you less risk of damaging system. Also, UX Packs has slightly smaller installer size than Transformation Packs.

Though these theme packs are risk free and much easier to install and uninstall than earlier versions, before you proceed to install, I strongly recommend to created a system restore point on your Windows so that your can come back to previous state if something bad happens. As I said earlier, Transformations pack will modify some system files.

Over the years, the developers of Transformation Packs has made it easier to install their themes. And today, their installer packs handles everything that need to be installed, patched and configured. So the theme will instantly be ready after install. The only hassle is you might need to restart your PC. In this guide, I will install Yosemite Transformation Pack on my Windows 8.1 to theme it like Yosemite on Mac.

1. Simply download either of Yosemite Transformations Pack or UX Pack (Download links provided at the end). If the downloaded file is a zip file, extract the executable file (*.exe) from it. Double click on the installer to run installation.

SkinPacks are user-created themes that can transform your Windows PC to everything from an Angry Birds-inspired operating system to something that looks like Mac OS X or Ubuntu. With these standalone apps, you can alter just about every aspect of your computer in just a few clicks.

If you are not up for using the SkinPack Creator and would rather use a premade theme, go to the download page (linked below) for your specific Windows version and find the SkinPack that is right for you.

Make sure to check the compatibility section of the SkinPack you choose to see if it can be installed on your PC. For this guide, I am going to be installing the OS X El Capitan Theme for Windows 10, but even if you downloaded something different, the process will be the same.

Once you get to the installation options, make sure you check the box next to Restore Point just in case anything goes wrong with the installation. There will also be options to install add-ons like MetroSidebar and RocketDock, depending on the theme you downloaded.

If you find yourself getting tired of your theme and want to switch it up, you will first need to uninstall your previous SkinPack through the Programs list in Control Panel. However, if something went wrong with the install process and you are trying to get your PC back to normal, I'd recommend using the System Restore option.

Did you create your own theme, or download one of the featured SkinPack themes? Be sure to show off you screenshots in the comments section below, or share them with us over on Facebook, Google+, or Twitter.

When you save a theme or template within PowerPoint, you will automatically be prompted to save in the designated folder. At least that's how it's supposed to work, but it doesn't work seamlessly all the time. That's why we provide you with the designated locations for different versions of Microsoft Office on both Windows and Mac computers.

On Windows XP, SWT now shows the textured background in tab folders. The groups, labels, check boxes, etc. are all transparent to this background. Also, custom widgets, such as StyledText, now show the correct border for the prevailing Windows XP theme.

The eclipse launcher and SWT libraries have been compiled as universal binaries so that you can run Eclipse on Mac OS X X86/Intel platforms using the Mac OS X (Mac/Carbon) downloads. Milestone M6Download: M6 Build (March 31, 2006)Build Notes: M6 Build Notes Custom Draw Tree

For all who have problems uninstalling Vista OSX: Generally this uninstall program does not remove its files from the System 32 folder, which causes the Aero theme of Windows Vista to be deactivated. ...

I have a question: I downloaded the file and installed it but only the wallpaper and mouse pointer were changed. The rest is now in a kind of gray color and I doubt that is the configuration I was loo...
