Emuparadise Tampermonkey Script

This script is based on infval's script as described here, but it switches to the IP address now known to be working as described in a fork of Eptun's original script and also greatly refactors it and works around the stricter handling of CORS in recent browsers, allowing for a manual workaround for downloading comics, magazines, game guides, and other media.
